Launched in July, the North Sydney precinct sits beneath premium apartments, in proximity to the soon-to-be-opened Victoria Cross Station. It is the capstone completing a new chapter for North Sydney — one that imbues distinct local identity.
Etymon Projects prioritise the artisanal heritage of food paired with the human connection it delivers: sentiments underpinning the brief. The architecture and interior design, by Cox Architecture with H&E Architects, frames spaces with fluid volumes that distinguish the ambient venues, from the intimacy of Sol to the openness of Soluna.

Brooke Lloyd, director at Cox Architecture, isa self-professed foodie. Sol Bread & Wine, Soluna, Genzo and Una Providore, despite diverse offerings, marry through a joyful yet premium material application. The interiors team, including senior associate Sam Ellinson and interior designer Chloe Leuenberger, were inspired by personal gourmet globe-trotting experiences.
